Avengers: Age Of Ultron A lot of people who are in the audience are people of color, and they have a lot of stories about racism and police brutality and how it affects them.
For me, I grew up in the South.
My father was a black man who grew up working as a janitor in a low-income neighborhood in the Bronx, and he told me stories about the racism he faced growing up.
When I was a kid, there was this thing called the Harlem Renaissance.
There were a lot more black people, but the ghetto was the most segregated area of the city.
It was like the ghetto before the riots.
And I was always thinking that this was not what my life was about.
I was told, “There’s no place like home.”
So, I became a member of a community that was very racially aware, and I saw what that was about, because I was never really part of a normal family.
So, I was like, I have to start living that.
So, when I was 12, I went to school with my brother, and we were the only two black kids in the school.
I went out on my own.
And, I remember that we would all meet up at the same spot.
I remember getting really scared because the neighborhood was black.
I didn’t know where I was going to meet the other kids, so I’d ask the teachers.
And one of the teachers would tell me, “Oh, they’re all here.”
And, that was that.
My dad didn’t think it was too bad.
He was like a good kid.
But, I also had this thing in my head that I wanted to be a superhero.
And then I was thinking, “I gotta prove to people that I can do this.
I can be good.”
So I went into my first superhero school and I did well, but I was scared to be good.
And, when you’re 12, you don.
That’s when I met Chris Evans, the lead, who was 13 years old.
And he was really cool.
He didn’t have a ton of money, but he was a good guy.
And we grew up together, and then he took me to a film festival in New York, and it was my first time going to a premiere.
Then, I realized I had to prove that I could do this too.
So I did my first performance, which was in front of a movie theater.
And it was very emotional.
And the people were really excited, and everyone was really respectful.
I just kept telling them that I’m a good person, and that I love them.
And they were like, “Really?
And I said, “Yeah, yeah.”
So they all got really happy.

I wanted a movie to be like a reality show, and so, I just went out and did my own thing.
And after I got done, I decided that if I’m going to do this, I’m gonna do it for myself.
After my first movie, I had no idea what I wanted for myself in the future.
I had an actor in mind for the role of the Black Panther, and this idea that was brewing in my mind was, “Well, I can show people that they can be superheroes.”
After that, I thought, I need to do more.
And so, after the first Avengers, I got the part of Bruce Banner, and when I got to do the second Avengers, they told me that I was in a superhero movie.
I was very surprised.
I wasn’t even sure that I would ever get a second chance to be in a movie.
Marvel Studios has given me a second opportunity to be on the big screen.
I got a second shot to be the Hulk.
I’m very grateful.
You know, Marvel has given us this opportunity to show people how to be heroes.
So it’s really cool to get the opportunity to do that, because it really means a lot.
As a superhero, I want to help the world.
And you’re seeing that in the movies.
So people are really happy, and people are seeing that I care about them, and there are lots of people around me who care about me.
So that’s really special.
They’ve given me the chance to prove myself.
And to prove to
